Buyers understand that once purchase has been made there are no returns.
No such mattress sold is considered as a sleep trial. If there is any defect after the purchase of the mattress and, or foundation, excluding body impressions and normal wear and tear, the defect will be repaired or exchanged at manufactures option.
If for any reason a mattress must be taken by the manufacture, there is a 7 to 15 business day turnaround on such product to be repaired or exchanged and there is no same mattress loaner for health reasons.
Product warranty does not cover transportation charges that may be applicable.
Defective items must be handled through the seller.
Warranty is limited to original purchaser proof and proof of purchase is required when making a claim.
